Delicious dishes made from organic beef. You can choose from dishes of the Czech region, which are regularly renewed according to the season and the current supply of ingredients from our Czech suppliers and farmers from the surrounding area. Especially the mature beef from the Jihlava organic eco-farming, which we were certified to process and sell in 2012. We always process the whole beef, all parts of it, by roasting, slow braising and grilling on hot charcoal.
